Ms. Tracy Farrell has over 20 years of experience in the trial consulting industry, having worked on hundreds of cases for a broad range of litigation matters in both state and federal court that include, but are not limited to: Intellectual property, employment, personal injury and wrongful death, insurance, product liability, criminal prosecution, securities, contracts, medical malpractice, and clergy sexual abuse.

Tracy has extensive experience in various types of jury research (e.g., focus groups and mock trials), case analysis, theme development, witness preparation, and post-trial interviews. Having participated in the selection of over 175 juries, Tracy also has expertise in all aspects of jury selection assistance, including drafting proposed attorney and court voir dire questions, juror questionnaire development and evaluation, and in-court assistance.

Tracy has been involved in several high-profile and high-stakes matters, including the criminal proceedings of U.S.A. v. Martha Stewart and People of California v. Scott Peterson. She has also assisted trial teams obtain positive outcomes in Oracle v. SAP in the Northern District of California and SCO v. Novell in Salt Lake City, UT.

Tracy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Mills College in Oakland, CA and a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University. Prior to joining Trial Partners, Tracy had her own firm for a number of years, and she worked with other trial consulting firms in California.

Tracy is a member of the American Society of Trial Consultants.

Tracy is located in Trial Partners’ East Bay Area office in California.
