KALLY ENRIGHT, PH.D.

CONSULTANT

Dr. Kally Enright joined Trial Partners in 2007.  She is highly skilled in conducting jury research projects, including debriefing jurors at focus groups, mock trials, shadow juries, and during post-trial interviews.  Kally is proficient at analyzing qualitative and quantitative research data, and she is instrumental in coordinating jury research projects, designing questionnaires, researching verdicts and venues around the country, and contributing to case strategy.

Kally has selected numerous juries around the country in state and federal courtrooms, as well as assisted trial teams with opening statements and closing arguments.

Kally graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.  She obtained her Ph.D. in Psychology and Social Behavior with a concentration in Psychology and the Law at the University of California, Irvine, where she worked with Distinguished Professor, Dr. Elizabeth Loftus.  Kally’s research focused on how jurors’ perceptions of expert witnesses influence their decision making.  She has co-authored articles for the Encyclopedia of Forensic Science and the Encyclopedia of Psychology and the Law on eyewitness testimony and repressed/recovered memories. Kally has also published journal articles on the creation of false memories (Acta Psychologica) and the effects of change blindness on eyewitness identification (Legal and Criminological Psychology).

Kally is a member of Psi Chi, the National Honor Society in Psychology, the Association for Psychological Science, the American Psychological-Law Society, and the American Society of Trial Consultants.

Kally lives in Colorado.
